In most cases you will be making payment to Talking Vcard Inc. However, we use a network of Authorized Agents to distribute Talking Vcard and in some cases payments are made to the Authorized Agent. If you don't recognize the name that you paid to then feel free to submit a ticket to us and we will investigate. But before you submit a ticket I would encourage you to first reach out to the owner of the account to whom you paid money to and ask them about it.
