Before submitting a ticket please review the Knowledgebase section above. If the answer to your question can be found in the Knowledgebase then you may not receive a reply if you submit a ticket. This is simply due to time constraints, allowing our team to reply to queries not covered in the Knowledgebase.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address from you is required to submit a ticket.
