Frequently Asked Question

What is the "Settings" section?
Last Updated a year ago

This section can be broken down into subsections. For example, right at the top of the section is the Domain section. Each Talking Vcard customer has a unique URL (web page) that hosts their Talking Vcard. So you, as a customer, gets to decide on your URL. You enter a username (subdomain) in the box. You will see to the right of the box is .talkingvcard.net and you cannot edit this. This is part of your URL for sharing your Talking Vcard. It's important to note that even though you can change the subdomain as often as you want, search engines index subdomains so it's best to choose a name and settle on it so search engines can index your Talking Vcard.

Next you will see a Google Analytics Tracking ID. If you use Google Analytics then simply enter your code in the box.

The next box is for Facebook pixels. If you use Facebook pixels then simply enter the pixel in the box.

Next is the Page Title. This is important because it gets picked up by search engines. Subdomains are recognized as separate domains by search engines so choose your title carefully so that search engines can list your Talking Vcard properly.

Next is the Page Metadata Description box. Again, your Talking Vcard page will get listed in search engines based on your key words and phrases so make sure to populate this area with relevant content about you and your business.

At the bottom of this section is an optional Contact Form. If you decide to add the ready-made contact form to your Talking Vcard then simply give it a title and then be sure to enter the best email where we can send inquiries made from your Talking Vcard.

There is also a tracking section. We offer a separate service that records visitor traffic and allows you to see exactly the action they took while visiting your Talking Vcard. We sell this service separate but do offer to Talking Vcard customers for free. Simply ask about.

You will also see a KwikiChat section. This is an addition service that requires an upgrade price. KwikiChat is both live help for your Vcard as well as AI assistant to handle requests when Vcard customers cannot handle a live request.

Remember to click the SAVE button at the top of the page before moving to another section.
